How to place your order with Paws On Tour - Chews Natural Treats 
Select the item(s) that you require from our website by clicking the 'Add to Basket' link shown for the item.

Items that you have selected can be reviewed at any time via the 'View Basket' link.
 

When you have completed your selections click on the 'Checkout' link to complete your order. You will be asked to provide delivery and payment information via secure web pages. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid problems.

Delivery

• Standard delivery charges apply. 

• Parcels will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail with a delivery charge of £1 per order

• FREE delivery applies on all orders over £25

• We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 working days

Cancellation and returns

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer any returns/refunds so please make sure the product is suitable before purchasing. Details about all our natural treat products can be found on our product information page. Please note, products are not suitable for human consumption.

Please ensure that fresh drinking water is available at all times and Chews Natural Treats are given under supervision - do not leave dogs alone with treats. Please make sure you choose chews suitable for the size, age and breed of your dog to prevent a choking hazard.
